Good for budget weights. Bolts lock into place.
Weights do equal up to 20 lbs. All items were packaged mostly well. The bolts that hold the weights into place are made of plastic but do lock the weight into place. I received all items listed in posting. My only complaints are that one of the plastic bolts I received were melted and the foam on the bar has indents from the weights? Overall Good weights for your budget.Edit: After working out with them the plastic bolts do come loose. It’s a easy fix with barbell clamps.

Junk and waste of money
Description is not accurate very cheaply made came apart during first exercise while doing a bench press the inside of the bar came out and dropped the barbell out and landed on me also does not go up to 80lbs as described
