I love the silky, sleek fabric this top is made from. It’s similar to a lightweight swimsuit fabric. I have some cooling sheets that are made from the same kind of fabric and I love how cool those feel, so as soon as I felt this shirt I felt pretty confident that it would be similarly cooling, which it is.The cooling feature is the one I appreciate most, not just for working out but also just feeling more comfortable when the hot flashes I love the silky, sleek fabric this top is made from. The UV protection is a nice benefit as well. I’m 5’7”, 185 lbs, usually wear an XL in tops and the XL fit just right, a little form fitting and flattering without being too tight. I like the length of it too, falling a few inches below the waist, which I appreciate as it covers up my little belly bulges better than some shorter tops I own. Very reasonably priced at $19.99 at the time of review, and I’ll likely buy some more in other colors.

Excellent shirt for the price
I love this shirt for workouts. It isn’t clingy and the neckline isn’t too low so when I bend down I am showing off half of my chest. It washes up beautifully and it doesn’t stay wet after sweating. I just wish they had more color options!

Nice breathable and lightweight workout shirt
This is a really nice UPF 50 workout short sleeve shirt. I ordered the XXL and it fits, although it is slightly body hugging in the right places but loose in the right places as well. The material is extremely stretchy. I love the sky blue color. The material is very silky and is made of a lightweight sports type material fabric. It does have a cooling sensation when you wear it, which I think I love when summer comes around. It is lightweight and breathable. It easily pops into the wash and comes out perfectly. I’m really happy with this shirt and looking forward to wearing it on my fitness journey.
