Very comfortable and supportive but straps were very large for my foot
These shoes are packaged well. They are very supportive and comfortable in the sole. There is plenty of length/width in the toe box. They appear to be well constructed and anticipate them holding up well over time.My one issue with the shoes is that the straps are too large. The front strap doesn’t come anywhere close to making contact with the top of my foot. It stands 1/4 to 1/2 inch above my foot. The center strap is also quite loose. If you pull the shoe tighter it just kind of pulls things off to the side and still doesn’t help the fact that there’s way too much fabric in the toe strap. I like my foot to feel secure in a shoe, and mine doesn’t in these. It’s obviously not going to fall off because of the ankle strap, but the front of my foot kind of flops around in it to the point where I’m considering taking in the strap or freeing it from the shoe frame, cutting it, and gluing it back in so it’s tighter.Based on product photos I’ve seen posted from other reviewers, it looks like it fits that loose on most of them as well. There were only a couple people where it looked like that front strap was actually making contact with the foot. It’s a shame because they could be so great if they fit tighter.If you have a chunkier foot, these could be perfect for you. If you have more of a thin/petite foot, you may find the straps to be too big. I wear size 11 and the length and width of the sole were a perfect fit. It’s just a matter of the straps having too much fabric.

The fit was awkward for me. Material came up too high on my foot and I didn’t like the way they looked on me. I have a narrow foot and these are made for wide fat feet.

Planning a walking vacation in this sandal would be great in your suitcase.You don’t need to have an orthopedic challenge to love these sandals. There’s so much that make them great. They have a high arch that is very restful When you walk. They have a wonderful tread grippy rubber sole if you have to go across wet or slippery areas. As your feet may change shape during the day, they have an adjustable ankle strap. And if that wasn’t enough, how about a foot massage with every step because it has a bubble footbed. They have a leather upper and inner and a rubber sole. For me to be comfortable in a shoe, it needs to be very light. And this shoe is lightweight. Doesn’t mean it’s not durable.Just means it’s well made out of lightweight long lasting materials of leather and rubber. It feels like you’re walking barefoot. It comes in many colors and many sizes.The open toe, open heel and velcro strap make it adaptable to half sizes

Good arch support, size a little big
These sandals are very nice and comfortable. They have good arch support and the inside of the straps is smooth and doesn’t rub. There is only one adjustable strap at the ankle. The size is a little long/ big for a size 8 shoe, but not too much to be usable. The sandals are well made, good quality. The soles have good grip. They will be comfortable walking sandals, but not for hiking. They can be either casual or slightly dressy. The price is reasonable for the quality of the shoes.

Simple everyday sandal with arch support
These ATHMILE sandals are definitely not a fashion statement, but they work fine as a quick grab-and-go pair. They’re nothing fancy, just a basic sandal for everyday running around. I do like the wider toe box because my toes aren’t squished, and that alone makes them more comfortable than many slimmer sandals. They also have much better arch support than the other sandals I have tried.Fit-wise, though, they run a bit large on me for my usual size (8), and they feel a little “sloppy” when I’m walking. It’s not a dealbreaker if you’re just wearing them for short errands, but I wouldn’t call it a secure fit the way they land on my feet. If you want simple and roomy in the toe area, they’ll do the job. Just know the sizing/feel may not be as snug as you expect.
