Wow. Just wow!
My feet have been killing me for almost a year. I assumed plantar fasciitis. My Dr. saod no, that it was a ligament issue. I believe we were both right and I have more than one issue going on. I have iced, had injections, heat, rest, arch supports, massage by a person, KT tape, etc and I got some relief but not enough. I bought this roller to relieve my tight calves as they say that helps. It did not occur to me to use this on the outer sides and heels of my feet where the pain was until owning this for a month. So three days ago I rolled it pretty hard on the edges of my feet and heels. At first it was tender, but the more I rolled and rubbed, the less it hurt. I thought for sure it was extremely temporary, but here I am 3 days later and my pain is 95% gone and it’s the best my feet have felt in 8 months. Anyone know how this is possible? I wonder if I released something? Obviously I caused more blood flow, but I have had numerous foot massages from people and dis not get this result. So I am so happy I have some major relief! I pray the pain stays away and I am using this daily! Love it. Great for travel too!!

Well made and a nice hand held massager.
Perfect little hand held massage/roller. This is strudy, well made, light weight, fits in my hand well and quiet. Got it for massageing calves and thigs (hamstrings) and my neck but use it on my arms and feet too. Perfect for what I needed, no complaints after a couple weeks of using it daily. Side note that my labrador lines up for a back massage when ever she sees me using it so works great for dogs too.

I am glad I found this. It helps dig into sore muscles. The only drawback is the roller part has a sharp edge where the plastic is molded. This is uncomfortable and I will probably try to smooth it with a nail file.

My boyfriend loves to use this. It’s super easy to use and it’s well made. It really gives a pretty good massage too and prevents your fingers from getting tired like regular massages do.

IVF Friendly – PIO Lifesaver
This massage roller has been a PIO lifesaver! It is small and easy to use and really helps break up the knots left behind by the PIO shots. I have owned this massage roller for a little less than a year and it has held up well and served its purpose. If you are concerned about using a massage gun after transfer like I was, this is a great option for a great price.

Too soft
It works….I guess?The roller is so soft it doesn’t really feel like it’s doing much massaging and the handle shape and position make it next to impossible to apply any real pressure.

I love this little roller! It’s easier to use than the massage gun. It’s lightweight, has good grippy handle, the roller is firm but slightly squishy, has nice bumps on it the works out knots when used on legs (shins, calves, thighs, and quads). Helps alleviate my IT band (side of leg) tightness and is so easy to use.

I love this muscle roller! It fits nicely the hand, it’s easy to use and most importantly – it’s effective! One of the best rollers I’ve used. My physical therapist has one and she highly recommended it. I was hesitant to purchase it because it’s kind of pricey. But after purchasing a less expensive one and having to return it, I went ahead and got this one. I like that it’s easily portable as well – fits nicely in a purse or gym bag. I recommend it, at least you won’t need to buy another one for a long time!
