Very good compression – use the size chart!!
Very happy so far – the compression is effective without being uncomfortable and the material still feels good after a full day of wear.I believe the sizing and fit issues other reviewers have mentioned can be solved by using one simple trick – using the size chart. Seriously. Just. Just use the size chart. It exists for a reason. If you don’t use the size chart then you really shouldn’t be surprised if it doesn’t fit right. If, like me, your proportions are, shall we say, “not average” and you don’t fit neatly into one size, use your best judgement, taking into account where you want the compression and where you want more room.So far, I can definitely tell that there is an improvement in circulation and I am overall very happy with this purchase.

True to size & great material
It’s true to size, the people saying to size up were lying. For pants I usually do a large, I read the reviews and got an XL, it fits good enough but it’s not that fitted. Still compresses good though and I’d get way more compression if I got my size. It’s good durable material and it’s thick but not too thick.

I do a lot of walking for my job. Sometimes, my fitness watch tells me I’ve reached my walking goal by lunchtime. You can imagine the pain I feel in my legs at the end of the day. One way I combat those aches and pains is by wearing compression pantyhose. Wearing a full pair of pantyhose under a pair of pants can be quite hot and uncomfortable. Plus, times have changed. Not many women I know wear a full pair of pantyhose nowadays.When I saw these Compression Tights, 20-30mm Hg Graduated Support Compression Pantyhose, I thought they were leggings at first. Then, when I realized they were compression tights, I could not hit the order button fast enough. I loved the fact that they looked like tights or leggings but were actually compression tights.What really drew me to these compression tights was the fact that the foot is out and they do look like leggings. I have a few A-frame style dresses that I purchased but never felt comfortable wearing them because I never had the right pair of tights to wear with them.fI’m 5’10” and around 145 lbs. I ordered a size large thinking that a medium might be too tight for me. When I tried on the large, I was glad I decided to get large. When I took them out of the package, I held up these little tights and thought there was no way I was going to get my body squished into those. When I tell you these fit me like a glove, I mean, they fit me like a glove! There is not a tag or a stamp on the back of these tights, but it was easy to figure out after I hung them on a hanger. The back where your butt goes has a little extra material which makes it easy to determine which is the front and which is the back. They required a little effort to get on which was expected and I found it easier to do if I treated them like a pair of regular pantyhose, putting my foot through and then pulling the leg up. After getting both legs in, I pulled them up to my waist. They fit me like they were designed just for me. They weren’t so tight that I couldn’t breathe, but they made me feel secure in that I could sit and stand and walk around and not have to worry about them falling down or feeling like the back was being pulled down. As soon as I got them on, my legs felt great. Extremely comfortable. Easy to pull down for bathroom breaks and they didn’t feel stretched out after hours of wearing them. Because they have an open foot, my toes weren’t all squished together like a full pair of compression tights or socks make them feel.I wore these all day long and they were the exact thing I needed to wear my A-frame dresses and sneakers. They were so comfortable, I could have slept in them. I washed them in a cold-water gentle cycle in the washing machine and hung them to dry. They retained their shape. When I wore them for a second time, they felt as good as they did the first time I wore them.I liked them so much I’ve already ordered a second pair. I think the price is comparable if not better than some of the compression pantyhose I’ve had in the past. I can say that I highly recommend these compression tights.

Wasn’t what I expected.
The compression is good but don’t try them on if you have sharp fingernails. I put a run in mine. I was expecting a material closer to yoga pants. This is made of something more like stockings. Not a big deal. I sealed the run with gel polish and can still wear them under jeans.

Compression Tights Women, 20-33 mmHg:I typically wear size medium or large but ordered these in 2XL because I didn’t need compression so much as support. Even oversize, these footless tights provide great support–just the thing after a long day on your feet. The fabric is stretchy, strong, and breathable, and nicely opaque, too, so you could wear them as regular footless tights if you size up. If you order them in your natural size, these will provide medical-grade compression sufficient to combat edema, or provide relief for varicose veins. They are easy to wash and they dry quickly, making them ideal for travel.

Serious support with a legging look
I wanted the benefits of medical-grade support without having to wear those traditional, heavy-duty stockings that look like they belong in a hospital. These actually look just like a regular pair of black leggings, which makes them way easier to style with a dress or even a long tunic for work. The material is a thick nylon blend that feels really sturdy and high-quality, and I love that they have a footless design so my toes don’t feel all squished by the end of the day.The graduated compression is definitely noticeable and makes a huge difference in how my legs feel after standing for several hours. They take a bit of effort to pull on, which is expected for 20-30mmHg, but once they are in place, they feel like a second skin and don’t budge.
