So helpful in releasing pain and stretching!
This was recommended to my by my physical therapist for at-home work on some back and ligament issues I have. She uses the same one in her practice and they have held up really well. I use it every evening for stretching my legs and back before bed and it is very helpful in releasing pain in areas where I cannot seem to do on my own without using this strap. It is super strong and well made and is a staple in my home gym from here on out. I just wish I had it sooner.

PT strap for strength
I bought this so I can do my physical therapy exercises at home between my appointments. I just recently had knee surgery and I want to stay flexible. This helps move your limb to help with flexibility and strength after surgery. The strap is strong and will not tear easily. There are handles that you can get a good grip without the strap slipping from your grip. Well designed for all lengths or heights.

Loops are so helpful
This is so much better than the single strap for yoga. At 75 your hands find it hard to hold a straight strap. This strap with the loops works perfect. I can slip my foot into the middle length of the strap’s loop and my hands can slip through the loops at either end. I also like that this strap is wider. I would recommend!

I was disappointed with the colour. It turned out to be darker than the illustration. I thought it was pink, but it turned out to be dark purple.
