The slotted side of the counterweight sheet should face the center of the dumbbell; the counterweight sheet is evenly distributed on both sides of the dumbbell.

7. Do not turn the weight selection dial when the dumbbell or handle is lifted from the dumbbell tray.
8. When choosing the weight adjustment, the dumbbell group can only be lifted when the clear card position”sound” of each segment is heard and the handle is parallel to the corresponding scale indication mark.

Very convenient, compact and functional
These weights are AMAZING. Perfect for doing dropsets – very easy to toggle between different weights for back-to-back sets. They are compact and take up little space – the 2-25 lb range is perfect for me at my current stage, I can use very low weight but also have room for improvement. Highly recommend

Awesome set of dumbbells at a good price
First, for those of you in the adjustable dumbbell market, there are few items that range up to 80 lbs and many of the ones that do are much more expensive; I am happy with this price range. Second, I’ve been using these for a week now and I am very happy with them. I especially like being able to quickly adjust the weight by rotating the grips. Third, I like the overall feel and balance of the dumbbells while I’m using them. Fibally, there were some other reviews/comments about durability and size… to durability: I don’t drop or throw my weightsn I’m deliberate when setting them down or back into the weight rack. To size… you are getting an 80 lb dumbbell so, yes, even if you have it dialed down to 15 lbs it’s still going to retain the overall size an 80 lb. dumbbell would have.Overall, very happy with the product and the price. Would buy again.

Should have gone adjustable years ago
Great addition. Convenient to keep handy without taking up space and allowing simple adjustment for ladder sets. Encourages me to do some extra shoulder work when I would otherwise be watching tv. Adjustment easy. Locking so far without issue. So much simpler and more motivating than having to drag out then re-rack multiple sets. No excuses when tired in the evening.

I am very impressed with the solid feel and appearance of these weights. The adjusting handle works well for selecting weight, and at a 1.5 inch diameter, they are well-suited to the heft.On my scale, these weigh 1 pound more than whatever weight you select.Of course, if you are getting these when you are on the light end of lifting what they provide, you will not be able to lift the delivery to bring it into your house — obvious, but just a reminder. For the sake of delivery drivers, it will come in two boxes. Unbox each wherever they get dropped off, and bring them where you want them in however many trips you need.

Easy and Compact
Great set of free weights. I really like the ease of just dialing the weight that you want with a twist of the handle. I thought they might be a little awkward since they looked a little long, but so far they haven’t seemed that way. The storage containers are really nice and pretty compact and make the sets easy to move. I would recommend these to a friend.

These work great! My only complaint (which, 100% my own fault for not reading more thoroughly) is they are metal plates rather than plastic/plastic coated like the other ones I’ve seen at gyms/friends houses. They work well, are easy to adjust, and are a HUGE space saver. It’s perfect for both my needs, and my boyfriend’s workouts.
